Support

Keep the conversation going.

Start with the device, host, and agent you’re using. Never include access tokens, provider keys, or private terminal output in a support report.

I can’t connect

Confirm that herdr and its bridge are running. Check the HTTPS address, token, certificate trust, and network route from this device. A VPN connection on another device is not proof of reachability here. Ask the host operator to verify the endpoint without disabling authentication or certificate checks.

My agents aren’t listed

Confirm you connected to the intended host and that the agents are running there. Refresh the list. If an agent changed or closed, reopen it from the refreshed list before sending.

A message or action is unconfirmed

A network interruption can occur after herdr has received a command. Check the receipt and inspect the agent or host before trying again. The app does not automatically replay an uncertain command. Do not assume an error means that nothing happened.

Voice isn’t working

Check microphone permission and the current audio route. The host operator must configure a speech provider for transcription and playback. Review the transcript before sending: transcription can make mistakes. Recordings stop at 45 seconds.

Remove or change access

Enter replacement credentials in Connection. To revoke old access, have the host operator rotate the bridge token. App removal does not delete records on the host or at a speech provider, and Keychain credentials can survive reinstalling an app. Ask the relevant operator about retention and deletion.

Report a problem

Include your app version, device model, OS version, approximate time, network type, and steps to reproduce. Describe expected and observed behavior with a sanitized example.
